Anna Hoła (PhD. Eng. Arch.), adjunct at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Wroclaw University of Science and Technology (WUST), Poland. She obtained a MSc in Architecture and Urban Planning from WUST in 2006 and a PhD (Hons) in Architecture and Urban Planning from WUST in June 2013. Author of more than 60 scientific works, including articles in journals in the Journal Citation Reports database.

Research interests

  • research on wet and saline brick walls in historic buildings
  • methodology for conducting moisture testing in situ
  • methods of non-destructive moisture testing
  • secondary moisture protection and wall drying methods
