Professor at the Department of General Construction, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Wrocław University of Science and Technology, and supervisor of the Student Scientific Circle "Young Construction Managers"

He obtained his engineering and master’s degrees at the Faculty of Civil, Wrocław University of Science and Technology, in 2012 and 2013.

In 2015, he completed postgraduate studies in Occupational Health and Safety, organized by the Faculty of Geoengineering, Mining and Geology and the Center for Continuing Education at Wrocław University of Science and Technology.

In 2018, he was awarded the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences in the discipline of Civil Engineering, defending with distinction his doctoral dissertation entitled “Modeling the Development of Accident Situations in Construction".

In 2024, he obtained the degree of Doctor Habilitated in Engineering and Technical Sciences in the scientific discipline Civil Engineering, Geodesy and Transport. Scientific achievements forming the basis for the award of the degree:

  • main achievement (I): a series of thematically related scientific articles entitled “Forecasting the course of cumulative cost curves for different construction projects";
  • achievement II: “Modeling the Accident Process and Analysis of the Causes of Occupational Accidents”;
  • achievement III: “Application of Innovative Technologies in Construction.”

His scientific interests are related to Construction Project Engineering, particularly:

  • management of construction projects and forecasting the course of actual implementation costs in various construction undertakings,
  • occupational health and safety issues, i.e. analysis of the impact of virtual reality (VR) training in the field of occupational health and safety on the level of safety in construction processes,
  • application of innovative technologies in construction, including BIM technology, 3D scanning, and the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in construction
