Research fields:

  • stochastic and deterministic approaches in structure analyses and soil dynamics,
  • building and people protection against excessive vibrations caused by: geotechnical works, earthquakes, vehicle traffic, etc., vibration monitoring of structures,
  • active, semi-active and passive protection against harmful effects of dynamic loads,
  • wave propagation in ground medium,
  • polynomial chaos expansions and Monte Carlo method in structures stochastic dynamics and wave propagation in soil medium.

Educational activities:

Lectures and design projects in the first and second degree studies in the full-time and extramural studies in Polish and English: Fundamentowanie, Fundamentowanie - wybrane zagadnienia, Selected topics in geo-engineering - foundation.
